Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data solely on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act, TDDDG). This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website.

Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data collected here is stored on the provider's servers.

We use the host in the interest of a secure, fast and reliable provision of our online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Hosting provider: domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Strasse 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany.

4. Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These are:

  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing device
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of our website. Log files are deleted after a short time unless required as evidence.

5. Cookies and consent

Our website uses cookies – small text files stored on your device. Necessary cookies are technically required (e.g. to store your cookie choice and language preference) and are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR / § 25 (2) TDDDG.

Non-essential cookies (e.g. for statistics or marketing) are only set with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). At present we do not use any statistics or marketing cookies.

You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the „Cookie settings“ link in the footer.

6. Contact (form and email)

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address and your message) in order to handle your request.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Your data remains with us until the purpose of storage no longer applies or you request deletion; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Please do not transmit any special categories of personal data (e.g. health data) via the contact form.

7. Recipients and disclosure of data

Your data is only passed on insofar as this is necessary to handle your request, you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so. Processors (e.g. our hosting provider) are contractually bound under Art. 28 GDPR. No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

8. Your rights

Within the framework of applicable law, you have the following rights at any time:

  • access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

An informal message to Gesundheitsstuetzpunkt@dr-eckerts.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden (www.datenschutz.hessen.de).

9. No transfer to third countries

Your data is processed exclusively on servers in Germany. No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

10. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place on this website. We do not create user profiles and do not evaluate your behaviour automatically.

11. Objection to advertising emails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published under the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising, for example via spam emails.
